Our annual service agreements provide you with a complete preferential preventative maintenance program. This program protects the investment that you've made in your business or residential comfort system, thus lowering your energy costs, and relieving you of the worries about breakdowns. |

HOW DOES IT WORK? We will call you and arrange to have a technician check your system to make sure it is in top operating condition. At the same time he will perform these important tasks: lubricate where needed, adjust belt tensions, change filters, set thermostat and other controls for accuracy, check pilot safety and furnace ignition, check pressure valves, inspect heat exchanger, check freon charge in cooling unit, and generally "tune up" the system for maximum efficiency and safe operation. You will save more money by keeping your system in top condition and you'll avoid costly breakdowns and bad weather emergencies... all for one low annual charge. |

PARTS AND LABOR AGREEMENT: We are so confident that we are providing top quality installation, that we offer full service agreements. For one small annual fee we will provide maintenance service and make any needed repairs at no additional cost. You get the full benefit of our preventative maintenance inspections, plus any necessary repairs for one small annual fee. (Compressors and heat exchangers are not included.) |

LABOR ONLY AGREEMENT: This agreement provides preventative maintenance service, emergency calls, all labor costs and discounts on all parts used. |

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: For a small annual fee we will provide preventative maintenance for your system. As a Preventative Maintenance Agreement Customer, you will get discounts on all parts and labor on any repairs that are required. |
